Quality Assurance & Damages

2.Evidence: Provide clear photographs of the damaged shipping box and the damaged product.

3.Resolution: Upon verification of the damage, we will issue a replacement for the same item at no additional cost to you.

Direct Application: For a light exfoliation, rub the bar directly onto wet skin in circular motions.

The Tool Method: For a richer, more dense lather, use a loofah or a tactical washcloth. This creates a high-volume foam that stretches the life of the bar while providing a deeper clean.

Rinse: Rinse with cool-to-warm water to close the pores and leave the skin feeling firm and hydrated.

Preservation Tactics

Handcrafted soap is a specialty product rich in natural glycerin. Unlike "detergent bars," it will soften if left in standing water. To ensure your bar lasts:

High and Dry: Between uses, place your soap on a draining soap dish. Avoid flat surfaces where water pools.

Airflow: Ensure the bar can air-dry completely between showers. This hardens the soap, making it last significantly longer.

Out of the Stream: Store the bar on a shelf away from the constant spray of the showerhead.

Storage & Longevity

Stockpiling: If you’ve purchased multiple bars to keep your "Essence" in stock, store the extras in a cool, dry place like a dresser drawer. The essential essences will keep your clothes smelling fresh until the soap is ready for use.

Travel: When traveling, ensure the bar is dry before placing it in a travel tin or bag. Once you reach your destination, remove it from the container to let it breathe.

Safety & Standards

Authenticity: Because our soaps are handcrafted in small batches, variations in color and texture are normal and represent the "couture" nature of the product.

Skin Test: We recommend a quick patch test on the inner forearm for those with highly sensitive skin.
